1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using this extension (“Software”), you agree to the terms of this End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”). If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

1. License

This Software is licensed, not sold.
It is released under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPL-3.0-only).
You may use, modify, and redistribute it under the same license terms.
A full copy of the license is included in the file LICENSE.txt.

1. Restrictions

You may not:

Repackage, sell, or offer the Software or modified versions for commercial gain.

Remove, alter, or obscure the author’s name, license notices, or copyright information.

Distribute modified versions without also providing the complete corresponding source code under AGPL-3.0-only.

1. Ownership

All intellectual property rights remain with the original author, Aena.
This Agreement does not transfer any ownership rights.

1. Privacy

This Software does not collect, store, or transmit any personal information.
It operates locally within your browser. See the included Privacy Policy for details.

1. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided “as is”, without any warranty of any kind, express or implied.
Use it at your own risk.

1. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall the author be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this Software, including data loss or system failure.

1. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you violate its terms.
Upon termination, you must cease all use and delete all copies of the Software.

1. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany (or your country of residence, if required by local law).
