Edit (1/23/2026): From version 4 or higher, everything happens locally on your machine. No data leaves, whether you are on the free plan or paid plan. The only thing we collect is your email address to track your premium plan. All words stay local, and also there is no AI running locally on your machine. Instead, it uses a very complex Levenshtein Distance algorithm that is fast and lightweight.
