Used to use it for a year already, but some time ago it became unusable in Russia without VPN. Even local image import is broken until the connection with Bonjourr servers is established (?). It's still my favorite newtab extension, but the way it is going is strange enough. I have no idea why offline functions requires internet.
Thanks for the review! Indeed that is quite strange, you're the first to report such problems in Russia. I couldn't reproduce them with a VPN based in Russia.
