Bookmarker+ for YouTube does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data.
Your bookmarks and settings are stored only in your browser's local extension
storage (browser.storage.local) and never leave your device, except when you
manually export them to a file you choose. The extension makes no network
requests to any developer-operated server. It runs only on youtube.com pages to
add its bookmarking interface.
