Overview

Business Central Utilities is an independent browser extension for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central users. The extension is designed to adjust the browser workspace presentation with Auto maximize, Hide FactBoxes, Blue light filter, and Dark theme (Beta). It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Microsoft.
Information stored by the extension

The currently published extension stores your feature preferences in browser storage associated with your browser or browser profile, such as whether Auto maximize, Hide FactBoxes, Blue light filter, or Dark theme are enabled, and the selected blue light filter intensity. The extension uses this information to remember your settings. The extension does not transmit those settings to us, and they are not sold or used for advertising.
Business Central data

The extension is intended to adjust the presentation of Business Central pages in your browser. It is not intended to write, edit, delete, or modify Business Central business records. The currently published extension does not require a Business Central account login through us and does not ask you to provide your Microsoft credentials.
Website, contact, and support information

If you contact us or submit a support request, we may receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, company, role or job title, message, browser, extension version, issue category, severity, issue details, screenshots, or uploaded files. Please do not send passwords, access tokens, confidential customer records, financial information, or other sensitive Business Central data unless it is necessary for support.
How information is used

We use information only to operate and improve Business Central Utilities, remember extension preferences, respond to support requests, troubleshoot bugs, maintain security, and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell personal information and do not use it for personalized, retargeted, or interest-based advertising.
Sharing

We do not sell your information. We may share information only with service providers that help operate the website or support process, when required by law, to protect security or prevent abuse, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Retention and control

Extension preferences remain in your browser storage until you change them, clear extension data, or uninstall the extension. Support and contact information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for support, security, legal, or operational purposes. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of information you provided to us.

We use reasonable safeguards appropriate for a lightweight browser extension and website. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Business Central Utilities is intended for business users and is not directed to children.
