Reviews for Eno® from Capital One®
Eno® from Capital One® by Capital One
Review by Robert Noyce
Rated 5 out of 5
by Robert Noyce, 7 years agoWorks exactly as described. I don't know why its rated low by others, probably they are using an add on that is blocking it and they don't know how to work the add ons properly. Works just like the Chrome version and I use both interchangeably. Been using it since it was released. Its also survived the major upgrades from Firefox and never ending changes to Win10, never fails. I had over 50 numbers, and recently culled them down to 30s. Thank you for the security provided by VAN. I'd prefer you do something like Citibank, which allows user defined expiration dates on the card and dollar limits on the purchases. There is no need for a collection of CC in the Citi way as it expires faster, making management easier than the long expiration dates of Eno, so I just make new CC # as I need, not tied one to a vendor. I use that a lot too, only Citi has it, AFAIK.

- Rated 5 out of 5by iceui2, 2 months agothis is not perfect by any means, but no other credit card provider offers this service of being able to use a new virtual card for each merchant. So I'm giving this 5 stars.

- Rated 3 out of 5by Michael Sheldon, 4 months agoWorks more often than not, but less than 75% of the time. Frequently stalls on login, retrieving card, etc. Will offer up a card for certain sites, then reject the transaction for being the wrong site.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 19016345, 5 months agoThis app is janky, and considering how much $$$ CapitalOne has at it's disposal, there no good excuse. It freezes up with every use. You need to keep signing into your Capital One account. And it doesn't auto-populate the newly created card into the online shop. You need to copy and paste it all manually from the CapitalOne website. It has not been updated for A WHOLE YEAR, so who knows if it's secure.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Luke, 6 months agoNever loads when you need it to. Just sits there saying it's trying to log in or trying to create a card. All I want to do is check out quickly, but I have to close firefox and reload everything in Chrome instead.
- Rated 2 out of 5by Firefox user 18024006, 6 months agoThis would be great if it worked more consistently. But I have to delete the Capital One cookies and restart my browser before using it all the time.
