Carissma AI Privacy Policy

Carissma AI respects user privacy and is committed to protecting your data. We do not sell, rent, or trade user data to third parties.

Data Collection & Usage:
- Car Listing Data: When a user initiates an analysis on a supported car marketplace (such as PolovniAutomobili or KupujemProdajem), the extension reads the listing's title, price, technical specifications, and seller description. This data is sent to our secure backend API (carissma.net) solely to generate the AI evaluation report.
- Account Information: If a user signs in with Google OAuth, we store their email address, name, and user token to manage daily analysis quotas and store saved favorite listings.
- Performance Analytics: Anonymous event logs (execution times, section interactions, cache hits) are logged to ensure service quality and system performance.

Data Protection:
All API communication is encrypted using HTTPS. Tokens and session data are stored locally in browser storage (chrome.storage).
