    This extension is amazing! I work on complex programming projects with chats of over 1200 messages, and before this, my browser would constantly freeze. This tool is the best solution on the market right now for the "lag" problem. It's highly recommended for anyone managing professional or long-term projects in ChatGPT. It saves a ton of RAM and keeps everything running smoothly. A must-have! And highly recommended. Greetings from Argentina. Javier.

    Ich muss meine Bewertung revidieren. Das Plugin macht genau das was es soll und funktioniert super. Ich hatte einen Fehler gemacht und deshalb hatte es nicht funktioniert. Danke für das tolle Plugin und danke für deinen Hinweis.

    Hi Marsio, thanks for the feedback - it's of course annoying that it does not seem to work for you, and I would like to try and help.

    Could you check that all the needed permissions are granted so that the extension can function properly?

    If you right-click on the extension's icon in your Firefox add-ons bar and click 'Manage Extension', then look for the 'Permissions' tab and ensure all the toggles are switched ON.

    None of your data ever leaves your machine (it runs 100% locally), but without these permissions, the extension cannot access the ChatGPT page to trim the messages or verify the extensions authenticity. Without this access, the lag-fixer remains inactive.

    This extension saved me from going completely mad. It does exactly what it says: "makes massive conversation smooth again".

    It's still crazy to me that the browser is not set to handle one of the most used tools properly.

    This extension has saved me so many problems. As a person that has LOTS of long chats (some chats are several months long), I was constantly running into issues with performance. With this plugin, those problems are gone. Absolute must have plugin for anyone else with long chats.

    This is a godsend. Some chats were so long my PC would take several minutes to generate an answer on screen, essentially rendering GPT useless. This brings it back to life!

    Does exactly as it claims to do. Reduces (client-side) lag by a ridiculous amount.

    During my test on my worst offending chat took the "Send prompt > Get response" time from about 5 minutes on the short end to about 45 seconds consistently.

    Is completely open source and I couldn't see anything security related that concerned me. Simple but effective.
