Not actual French language but a non-official language "fork". Should not be part of Mozilla official dictionary list as it creates confusion a lead to misspelling.
That's correct. I revisited the module description and did my best to make it clearer it's a "would-be" dictionary, not the one of the current graphical norm (before or after 1990).
