CSS DNA — Privacy Policy

CSS DNA is privacy-first. It does not collect, transmit, or sell your personal data — the only data it handles is the
optional email you enter to verify a Pro subscription.

What it does: The extension reads the styles of the page you are actively viewing, only when you click the toolbar button
or press the keyboard shortcut. All processing happens on your device. Inspected CSS and extracted design tokens are
shown to you and copied to your clipboard — never sent anywhere. It stores small preferences (last export format, Pro
status) in local storage.

What it does NOT do: no browsing history, no analytics or telemetry, no ads or trackers, no page contents sent to any
server, no host permissions.

Payments: Pro subscriptions are processed by Stripe. To unlock Pro you enter the email you paid with; the extension sends
only that email to our endpoint (https://cssdna-api.vercel.app/api/verify), which asks Stripe whether that email has an
active subscription and returns yes/no. The email is cached locally. We run no user database.
