How to test:
1. Install the extension.
2. Sign in at https://cursor.com/dashboard in the same browser profile.
3. Open the toolbar popup — usage should load within one refresh.
4. Alternatively: Options → paste access token manually.

Technical whiteboard:
- MV3 background scripts (Firefox 142+), no remote code
- Auth capture: cursor.com content script → api2.cursor.sh Bearer token only
- Storage: browser.storage.local for settings and usage history
- Notifications: local threshold warnings only
- No Lorapok server receives tokens unless user opts into product email updates
