Looks like it might've been a tidy theme for those who like more vivid ones, but it seems to have been abandoned and so doesn't appear as normal in current Firefox-based browsers.

The main issue is because of that, it doesn't integrate with dark modes - or put simply, install it today and you'll likely have white text against bright orange - not very legible or usable.
