For everyone complaining about the tool not working right now, you need to check Dishita's page at yourvideofile dot org slash v24 underscore temp (Not sure if putting a link in here will get me in trouble with Firefox) but that page on his website contains the current temporary fix for the issue which has been caused by Youtube and Google's constant needless changes to the platform. - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 19035241, 4 hours agoThis used to be the best downloader, but now there's a complicated "patch" that almost requires the user to be proficient in code just to use. That's anything but user friendly, hence all the 1 star reviews.
Too bad, I "bought the creator a coffee" a couple of times right before the latest crash and I'm regretting it. If you wanted to download anything above 720p they'd make you pay for it with a "donation"; I wouldn't suggest falling for that scam given the instability of this addon. - Rated 1 out of 5by Firefox user 19696547, 11 hours agoDoesn't seem to download videos, I was able to download songs but no videos.

- Rated 1 out of 5by Ralyn, 2 days agoNo longer works - downloads 0. Seems to require a 2nd upgrade payment to make it work again - already paid to upgrade to pro before
- Rated 4 out of 5by NeilParsons, 2 days agoYouTube is a mess... People telling it's fault of this extension doesn't know the real truth. Try downloading anything from YouTube with different tools and you may find most of them doesn't work, too. Instead of publishing harassment arguments against their developers, think twice before saying anything.
Haven't you read the latest warning from Easy YouTube Video Downloader website from their support section? Read it again:
" I'm aware that the web extension is producing 0-byte downloads or files that won't open. This is because YouTube has again changed codes that breaks downloads.
I've worked around the new restrictions and fixed the issue caused by YouTube's latest code changes. Version 24 (v24) has been submitted to Mozilla for approval. Until then, please use the temporary fix below to get downloads working again.
Get the temporary fix from here: (see it at their official site)" - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 17503961, 2 days ago
