Doesn't work: produces a 0 bytes dowload file whatever you do.

I mean it says it in the name of the extension so you know what you'll get

Stop trying to gaslight me. It says the it has been downloaded and the file is no where. It didn't save but it keeps saying it saved 3 times. Did a full search of my mac and file doesn't exist.
