I have a few ways to download video from YouTube, but Easy Youtube Video Downloader Express is the most reliable.

I am very satisfied with this utility, which allows me to download from youtube. I have been using it for a long time and it has only failed once. Otherwise it was a problem on youtube. It would be nice if there was a 4K option as well, but that's as good as it gets. Kudos to the developer.

When you disable autoplay of YouTube videos, a black screen appears instead of a preview, but overall the plugin copes with its task.

This add-on works well, works consistently, and has a very good support system. I've never had any issues with the add-on itself. It's solid.
Occasionally, YouTube will make code changes and that will affect the add-on (and not just this one!). Dishita is diligent and works quickly to address issues created by code changes.
