It just doesn't work

if it worked and wasnt fake id pay for it, but this is pure nonsense. why bother with an ext that doesnt do anything but use up my space, do not waste your time. this does not work

I was only able to download four short videos before the extension stopped working. It doesn't work for any videos; it just keeps saying, ‘Generating download link, please wait...’ Removing it and adding it back to Firefox didn't make any difference. Useless!

EDIT: It doesn't. half the videos I download are "0 bytes" useless. uninstalling.

Also though, it wont try to download if the video was age-restricted. I only wanted the song so I just used an online converter, just something to note.

Funktioniert leider nicht, lädt kein video auf youtube runter, er zählt zwar die prozente hoch aber es passiert nichts. von daher schrott.

I downloaded/re-installed Easy Youtube Video Downloader Express Version 21.3 today 16/11/2025 but it still produces the same message as the 2 previous versions - "Generating download link, pls wait..." and fails to generate any link to download a Youtube video.

It also doesn't create a download button as shown on the "How to use" tab.

No options to even specify what quality of video you want to download.
Tried it in a Firefox Private window as well, but still no improvement - just the same message to "pls wait...".

Very disappointing.

No longer works on Firefox - gives an error message

Seems to be broken, when it works it only downloads Arab? language audio which I don't speak. Only offers MP4s no MP3s or other formats. Deleting...

Worked previously, but does not anymore. As of Nov 11th, all youtube videos return a "failed to parse this page" error.

Barely usable, buggy like hell.

Requires payment to download 1080p, which is a joke.

As I clicked on one video, it seemed fine, it worked as normal, just one button that let me download the video, amazing, but a slight glimmer caught my eye, a shining video in the sea of terrible ones, I clicked on it, naturally, but then I noticed something strange. There was another download button, I thought nothing of it, only a one time bug, probably, but no, as I clicked on more videos, more buttons popped up, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 once I got to 7, all hell broke loose, my cpu usage shot up to 100% I could hear my pc at the gates of hell fighting Satan himself, but it wasnt over, I opened more, determined to take this as far as possible. 8, 9, and finally 10, after this much, my computer gave in as satan called for backups, and it was surrounded by the cursed forced to forever roam the underworld. It had lost the battle, gave up, and closed firefox. May that innocent instance of Firefox roam Valhalla forever. RIP.
