Easy Youtube Downloader has been a highly consistent performer for me in season and out. No games. If there are issues with downloading, you get an immediate explanation. It will always be my go_to solution for video downloading.
That said, there is a slight performance issue. It is not able to do the conversion from mp4 to mp3. If that issue gets the attention from this review and is corrected then I can resume a five star rating for the app. In addition it is not able to download in mp3 format

Very limited now that they want people to upgrade. I thought it would be worth upgrading in order to be able to convert MP4 videos to MP3 audio, but the upgrade page is broken and does not allow you to pay! I'm still giving it three stars even though it is self limiting.....

Annoying, too frequent, push update announcements that interrupt involvement with other active webpages. Otherwise good and works when many of the others don't.

Maybe works. But I hate new yt design because on FF are slow ehm ehm f***ing google. And old version this addons wants another approves.

It does what it says, fast and on point...after getting around the many requisites to run the extension. The support team could have been a bit more clear from the start, other than that good.

I really enjoy downloading videos at home to watch at work or while traveling. After donating I am able to sometimes download in 1080. Easy to use.
Edit: I am dependent on this add-on for Firefox as it allows me to watch YouTube videos offline as well as avoiding all the ads that Google deems necessary for the CEO to make more money.
I support this developer and I hope you do as well.
