posted 22 days agoZERO MB downloads are definitely zero acceptable! 😄 Good news — version 24.1 is out and fixes exactly this. Update the extension and you should be getting proper file sizes again. Please update the extension and your downloads should come through clean and complete. - Rated 4 out of 5by JPJPJP, 2 months agoI love this downloader. It's excellent. But lately, it won't download certain videos. It say it does, but it's not downloaded on your computer and you can't open with media player.
- Rated 1 out of 5by Vista, 2 months agoPurchased the license but it doesn't work. It shows the download progress to 100% but generates two zero byte files. At least be honest and show an error message instead of wasting users' time.
