I love this downloader. It's excellent. But lately, it won't download certain videos. It say it does, but it's not downloaded on your computer and you can't open with media player.

Purchased the license but it doesn't work. It shows the download progress to 100% but generates two zero byte files. At least be honest and show an error message instead of wasting users' time.

Hi Vista, we completely understand the frustration — showing 100% progress only to produce empty files is misleading and a waste of your time. We've released version 24.1 which fixes this bug properly. Please update and try again. If it works as expected, we'd really appreciate it if you could revise your review! 🙏
