Their support page just says - we do not monitor this page. Their payment page, says you can select any donation amount, but only allows $30 - too bad the company and support are so bad.

- Rated 2 out of 5by Firefox user 13486191, 7 years agoWorks great for a while, then the activation expires after a few weeks and I need to pay yet again. I wish they would post the amount you need to pay to make activation permanent. If they do have an amount, it's more than $50 US. Even when you do pay, activation is extremely difficult. The help links just go around in a circle. Click here takes you to another click here, which goes back to the original click here, and so on.

posted 7 years agoPls. update to latest v 15.7, whenever youtube changes code every downloader out their breaks. This time it took longer for me to fix and then ever longer for mozilla to review and approve the update. UPDATE 2021: Continues to work so well and developer is truly responsive to issues. Have tried so many similar things and this is by far the best. (2019 review) works fantastic and when problems arise, developer addresses right away.
