Can't download at highest resolution (ex, If the video has 480p and 360p you can download at 360p only.

I upgraded to PRO and never looked back. This add-on is one of the easiest to use and lets me do almost anything on YouTube including saving trailers, spoofs, and more. A true 5-star, well-designed program.

What a waste of time.

This Add-On brilliant for downloading MP3's and MP4's. Basic use is free, but for a small donation you can activate PRO which is worth every penny (enables higher quality downloads). Support is also good, with emails being answered within 24 hours. I would definitely recommend this Add-On.
