- Rated 1 out of 5by Vista, 3 months agoPurchased the license but it doesn't work. It shows the download progress to 100% but generates two zero byte files. At least be honest and show an error message instead of wasting users' time.

posted 2 months agoHi Nick, that's a frustrating combo — fake progress, 0 byte files, and downloading twice! All of this is fixed in version 24.1. Please update the extension and it should download properly without those issues. posted 2 months agoHi Anne, sorry about that! The zero byte files were a bug that's now fixed in version 24.1. After updating, your downloads should be proper video files that open without any issues in Quicktime Player. Then about a week or so ago everytime I log on to my computer it has me reinstalling it. Now when I go and try and download a mp4 at youtube it say's its downloading superfast and after its threw there is 0bits. So it doen not work. I'll try and reinstall it one last time before I remove it.
