Press Ctrl/Command+0 ( or click by an extension icon) to show/hide a tabs popup manager
Hot keys - ArrowLeft - focus first tab in the list - ArrowRight - focus (last tab) add new tab - ArrowUp - focus prev tab - ArrowDown - focus next tab - Enter - switch a tab - Esc - lose an extension popup - Delete - close a focused tab
