1. Zero Telemetry & No Cloud Tracking
   FetchFlow is free, open-source software (GNU GPL v3.0). The application and its companion browser helper extensions contain zero tracking components, zero telemetry, zero analytics scripts, and zero spyware. We do not collect, store, sell, or transmit any personally identifiable information, browsing histories, search queries, or downloaded file records to any cloud server or third party.
2. Local Loopback IPC Architecture
   The FetchFlow Browser Helper extension operates strictly as a local bridge between Mozilla Firefox and the locally installed FetchFlow desktop application:
   • All communication occurs exclusively over local loopback (127.0.0.1:8597 / WebSocket). No browser data is ever transmitted over the Internet to developer or third-party servers.
   • When a download is initiated or a media stream is selected, the extension passes the download URL, filename, referrer, and user session cookies directly to your local desktop client to facilitate multi-segmented, accelerated downloading.
   • Download history, configuration rules, and categories remain entirely on your local machine in your local SQLite database (~/.fetchflow-app-data/downloads.db) and are never shared.
3. Compliance with Mozilla Add-on Data Collection Policies
   • Data handling is restricted strictly to the user-facing purpose of download management.
   • User data is never sold to data brokers, advertising platforms, or third parties.
   • User data is never used or transferred for personalized advertising, credit assessment, or user profiling.
   • The extension declares "data_collection_permissions": {"required": ["none"]} in its manifest.
4. No Unsolicited Advertising
   FetchFlow and its companion browser extensions are 100% ad-free. The software does not inject ads, display sponsored popups, or bundle third-party software.
