Settings panel — click the extension icon in the toolbar to open it. Three tabs:
Blocklist tab:
Type any domain (e.g. twitch.tv) and hit Add — it gets blocked immediately
Your custom sites show with a red dot and a × to remove them
Built-in sites shown below for reference (can't be removed)
Input auto-cleans the domain — paste a full URL and it strips https://www. automatically
Settings tab:
Toggle the extension on/off completely
Toggle browser notifications on/off
Toggle smart analysis (YouTube tutorials allowed etc.)
Strict mode — blocks YouTube, Reddit, LinkedIn with zero exceptions
Stats tab:
Warnings fired, tabs blocked, times ignored, times you actually left
