FreqDial is designed with strict privacy principles. The extension operates 100% locally on your device. We do not collect, store, transmit, or sell any of your personal data, browsing history, or top sites.
Local Permissions
The extension requires the "history" and "topSites" permissions solely to function properly. It reads your local browser history to calculate the visit frequency of your websites and generate the speed dial dashboard. All processing is done locally on your machine.
Third-Party Services
FreqDial uses Google's favicon service (google.com/s2/favicons) strictly to retrieve website icons for your dashboard.
