Ghostery Is the best ad-blocker out there. I highly recommend it because its simple, fast and minimalist.

It is a great extension. it is one of the only remaining ones that actually blocks youtube ads.

Brilliant add on. Haven't had to put up with ads since I installed it. It even seems to bypass YT's ad blocker detection algorythm!
