About this extension

I got so annoyed with clicking "show more workflows" over and over, I built this little addon to give me a search bar. My peers thought it was cool, so I figured I'd send it and see where it goes.

Current features:
* Search/filter bar added to the list of workflows on the left side of the actions page (private repos require a Github token)
* (Optional) Github incident status indicator (no token required)

Heavily inspired by (and can be installed along with) the Refined Github extension. Go check them out!
