The Companion sends your Guild Order credentials to Guild Order's own servers to authenticate, and reads your own notifications, guild memberships, and events so it can show them to you. It does not sell data, does not use it for anything unrelated to those guild features, and talks to no third-party servers beyond the browser's own push service. All code is contained in the package; no remote code is loaded.
