• Fixes save links not appearing when Firefox has not granted the extension access to news.ycombinator.com. Firefox treats this as an optional permission and, when it is off, silently injects nothing. The extension now asks for it: clicking the toolbar button prompts for access, the manager shows a "grant access" banner while it is missing, and once granted the save links appear in HN tabs that are already open.

• Tag autocomplete: when editing tags, your existing tags are suggested as you type, with usage counts. Use the arrow keys to pick one, Tab or Enter to complete it.
• Faster manager startup for large collections: the search index is now cached and only the comments that changed since your last visit are re-indexed.
• More reliable daily backups. A backup check now also runs whenever you save or unsave a comment and whenever you open the manager, so an overdue backup no longer depends on the hourly timer alone.

Your saved comments, tags, notes and backups are unaffected by the update. The first time you open the manager it builds the search cache once; after that it loads from the cache.
