ICON X-Ray ("Capture Copilot") provides risk and opportunity analysis for Government Contracting (GovCon) articles on 6 supported domains only: govconwire.com, washingtontechnology.com, sam.gov, federalregister.gov, nextgov.com, orangeslices.ai.

Data sent to ICON servers:
- Article URL and title on supported domains only
- Extracted entities (company names, agency names, contract IDs, NAICS codes) from article text
- Feedback responses ("Was this useful?" Yes/No)
- Firm identification data only if voluntarily entered by the user

Data stored locally in browser:
- Aggregate reading profile (domain/agency/NAICS counts, no specific URLs)
- Linked entity identity (if user opts in)
- Authentication token (if user signs in)

Data NOT collected:
- Browsing history on non-supported domains
- Passwords, form data, or personal files
- Any data from domains other than the 6 listed above

Data is never sold to third parties. All transmission uses HTTPS/TLS. Users may request deletion at privacy@theicon.ai.
