Insty operates locally inside Firefox on Instagram pages opened by the user.

Insty observes selected Instagram requests to provide its read-receipt and story-view controls. When the user starts a follower check, Insty reads the Instagram
profile, follower, and following information needed to produce the result.

Insty may process Instagram usernames, profile names, profile links, account status, and profile images. It stores extension settings and the latest follower-
check result in Firefox extension-local storage.

This information remains inside the extension and the user's browser. Insty does not send Instagram information, browsing activity, settings, analytics, or
identifiers to the developer or any developer-controlled server. Insty does not sell or share user data.

The optional support section displays public cryptocurrency addresses and a link to https://github.com/right-git. Copying an address is a local action. Opening
the GitHub link does not attach Instagram or extension data.

Users can delete locally stored information by clearing the extension's data in Firefox or uninstalling the extension.
