JZ Downloader does not operate a developer-owned server and does not include analytics, advertising, telemetry, bundled accounts, or shared API keys.

Provider API keys entered by the user are stored locally in Firefox extension storage. They can be cleared at any time from Settings.

When provider support is enabled, JZ Downloader sends user-submitted links, magnet links, torrent metadata, selected file choices, and provider API tokens directly to the selected provider, Real-Debrid or TorBox, so the provider can resolve, cache, or return download links.

Media Sieve inspects the active tab locally to discover visible, non-DRM media requests and stream playlists.
Captured candidates and temporary blobs are kept only as needed for the current session and are cleared when capture is stopped, cleared, or the extension surface is closed.

Direct downloads are handled by Firefox. JZ Downloader does not transmit downloaded files to the developer.
