About this extension
KickAlert tracks the Kick.com streamers you follow and alerts you the
moment any of them goes live — even at 3 AM, even when you have the tab
closed. Works silently in the background, consumes virtually no resources,
and stays out of your way until something happens.

━━━ NOTIFICATIONS ━━━
- Desktop notification the moment a followed channel starts streaming
- Custom sound options (main / secondary / silent) per channel
- Upload your own alert sound
- Do-Not-Disturb window (time range) for quiet nights
- Viewer anomaly alerts (sudden spike or drop during a stream)

━━━ AUTO-LAUNCH ━━━
- Auto-open selected channels in a new tab when they go live
- Duplicate tab guard — won't spam tabs if one is already open
- Auto-unmute player after launch (optional)

━━━ CHAT INTEGRATION (OPTIONAL) ━━━
When enabled, adds a Chat tab to the popup with 9 configurable filters:
- Bot filter (hide known chat bots)
- Word / user blocklists
- Repeated message filter (anti-spam)
- Emoji spam filter
- Keyword highlight (green glow on messages matching your keywords)
- Favorite user highlight (uses their Kick color)
- Tag / mention notification (@yourname → desktop notification)
- Streamer message notification (get notified when broadcaster talks)

Each filter has its own on/off switch. Choose between "hide" (removes
message) or "blur" (fades it out — hover to reveal).

━━━ MULTI-STREAM ━━━
- Open multiple channels side-by-side in a single tab
- Mute / unmute individual streams with one click

━━━ VIEWER TREND CHARTS ━━━
- Live chart of each channel's viewer count over time
- Anomaly detection — spikes and drops flagged automatically

━━━ 13 LANGUAGES ━━━
English, Türkçe, Deutsch, Français, Español, Português, Italiano,
Русский, 日本語, 한국어, 中文, العربية, Čeština — manual selection
or automatic browser detection.

━━━ PRIVACY ━━━
- No analytics, no telemetry, no third-party servers
- Only talks to kick.com (for channel status)
- All data stored locally; optional cloud sync via your browser sync
- Fully open-source — github.com/segelferd/kick-alert

Free forever. No ads. No tracking. Just alerts.
