LeechBlock works very well. I use it on Chrome and Safari. It prevents me from going down the rabbit holes of Youtube and news feeds during the middle of the day.

Every time I think I've stumbled upon a feature that I think is absent it always seems to exist when I look a little further into it. Works perfectly.
