Lens 是提示词优化与分发工作台的官方浏览器插件。

在侧边栏中输入粗略想法，一键优化为结构化专业提示词，然后点击任一 AI 平台，提示词会自动填入该平台聊天框——无需复制粘贴。

覆盖 12 家平台：ChatGPT、Claude、Gemini、GLM（智谱）、通义千问、MiniMax、Kimi、豆包、MiMo（小米）、DeepSeek、文心一言、阶跃星辰。

特性：
- 侧边栏即用：点工具栏图标打开，宽度可拖拽，不离开当前网页
- 自动填入：跳转后提示词直接出现在聊天框，回车即发送
- 只填不发：留一步人工检查，防止误发
- 不覆盖草稿：您手动输入的内容绝不会被改动
