Added Focus profiles for Focus Shield site blocking.

You can now create multiple Focus profiles with their own name, emoji, block/allow mode, blocked sites, and allowed sites. Switch profiles manually to quickly change which websites are blocked or allowed for different kinds of work, study, or focus sessions.

This update also improves Focus Shield profile editing, profile switching reliability, and the extension popup’s active profile display.

LifeZeus Helper 1.2.3 adds extension-first website usage tracking.

What's new:
- The extension now tracks website usage locally even when the LifeZeus web app has not been opened that day.
- Added a popup dashboard showing today's total screen time, current site, visited sites, sync status, and Focus Mode status.
- Improved analytics syncing so the web app can merge backend history with the extension's freshest local data.
- Improved Focus Mode blocked-page behavior so blocked tabs can restore their original URL when Focus Mode ends.
- Kept Focus Mode controls in the LifeZeus web app; the extension popup is for viewing status and usage, not starting or stopping Focus Mode.
