- Manual vs. Auto-Detected: Whether location was entered manually or auto-detected
- LinkedIn Connection Data
When you manually scrape your LinkedIn connections, we collect: - Connection Names: Full names of your LinkedIn connections
- Connection Profile URLs: LinkedIn profile URLs of your connections (e.g., linkedin.com/in/connectionname)
- Connection Profile IDs: LinkedIn's internal profile identifiers
- Scrape Timestamp: Date and time when connections were scraped
- Technical Data
We automatically collect: - Authentication Tokens: JWT tokens for secure API communication
- Last Scrape Time: Timestamp of your last connection scrape
- Extension Version: Version of the LinkedConnect extension you're using
- API Request Logs: Server logs of API requests for debugging and security

How We Collect Information
All data collection in LinkedConnect is manual and user-initiated. We do NOT collect data automatically or in the background.
Manual Collection Only
- Registration: You provide your name, email, and password when creating an account
- LinkedIn Profile: You manually click "Open My Profile" to share your LinkedIn URL
- Location: You manually enter your location or click "Auto-detect" to share your coordinates
- Connections: You manually click "Open Connections Page" and initiate the scraping process
No Automatic Scraping
LinkedConnect does NOT:
- Run background processes to collect data
- Automatically scrape your connections
- Track your LinkedIn activity
- Collect data without your explicit action
How We Use Your Information

Data Deletion Requests
How to Request Deletion
To delete your data, send an email to:

What Gets Deleted
When you request data deletion, we will permanently delete:
- Your account credentials (email, hashed password)
- Your profile information (name, LinkedIn URL)
- Your location information
- Your scraped connection list
- All associated metadata and timestamps
Deletion Timeline
- Acknowledgment: We will confirm receipt of your request within 1 business day
- Processing: Data deletion is completed within 7 business days
- Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete
Retention for Legal Purposes
Some information may be retained in backup systems for up to 30 days for legal compliance and fraud prevention purposes. After 30 days, all data is permanently and irrevocably deleted.

LinkedConnect does NOT use cookies, tracking pixels, or analytics scripts to monitor your behavior.

The extension uses:

Children's Privacy
