Medusa Adder lets you add TV shows from Simkl, TMDB, and IMDb directly into your self-hosted Medusa library with one click, using your preferred indexer, quality profile, and root folder.
Detects shows on supported pages and reads TMDB/TVDB/IMDb/TVmaze IDs
Resolves IDs via your chosen indexer (TMDB, TVDB, IMDb, or TVmaze)
Uses Medusa’s API v2 to:
Fetch available quality profiles and root folders
Queue an “add series” job with your selected options
Supports default or custom quality and root folder per show
Restricts requests to the Medusa URL you configure; no tracking or third-party services
Works only with your own Medusa instance; no bundled media, accounts, or payments
