Simply open the popup and click "Check My Available Models" again—MetaPrompt will automatically find and switch you to the next best available free model so you can keep working without interruption!

This extension helps users optimize their prompts before sending them to AI platforms. It works by capturing the text in the input field, formatting it based on built-in templates, and (if the user provides their own API key) sending it directly to the official Google Gemini API via a secure fetch request. The API key is stored locally in chrome.storage.sync. The extension does not collect, store, or transmit any user data to any 3rd party servers
