    Recovery retirement safety corrective. Routine pre-publication capacity planning now uses the same independently verified-generation classifier as emergency quota reclaim and superseded-generation pruning. A torn/fallback-assisted Recovery generation can remain readable, but it can no longer authorize retirement of the independently valid predecessor it depends on. The 1.33.0.27 bounded quota retry, normal two-generation retention, remote-device cleanup authority, permissions, schemas and Sync/Recovery formats are unchanged.

    Bookmark drag-to-shortcut is now available from MosaicSync's Bookmarks window. Drag an HTTP(S) bookmark onto an empty Manual tile to create a shortcut at that exact position, onto an existing folder to add it there, or onto an occupied shortcut to create a folder without overwriting anything. An empty launcher also accepts a bookmark on its Add control. Merely viewing/searching Bookmarks still copies nothing into MosaicSync; the original browser bookmark is never moved or deleted, and learned favicon artwork stays device-local under the existing policy. No new permission, persisted schema, Sync/Recovery format or browser-floor change.

Reserved mutation probe names and a classified-value-divergence regression close the remaining contract-drift hole. Sync, Recovery, storage behavior, permissions, schemas and privacy boundaries are unchanged from 1.33.0.24.

    Narrow New Tab UI-context corrective. Folder mini-favicons now use the final tile-size-derived geometry from the synchronous first frame instead of briefly painting at the 76px reference size. Editing a shortcut inside an open folder now preserves that folder underneath the native Shortcut Editor; Save, Cancel, X, Escape and backdrop/editor pointer interaction no longer count as outside-folder clicks, while authoritative rendering still closes the folder naturally if a delete or move dissolves it. Hover behavior, Sync/Recovery, schemas, permissions and privacy boundaries are unchanged.

Fresh installations default to Solar Drift on Light and Blueglow on Dark, while existing saved installations keep their own wallpaper settings. The Developer Guide has been normalized into an evergreen current-architecture manual instead of duplicating release history.     Routine Sync-watch alarms use one fewer local read, and established Sync-on startup uses two fewer local reads. Full Sync reads, continuity writes, pending journals, catastrophic-loss handling, Recovery and destructive-cleanup freshness checks are unchanged.
