About this extension
Museum of Borrowed Gravity is an offline physics-heist game built specifically for the browser toolbar. The museum does not protect its collection with ordinary locks. Each gallery is a physical system: heavy exhibits hold pressure plinths, friction determines what can be pushed, elasticity turns impacts into routes, and gravity may point down, up, sideways, or nowhere at all.
The player carries one conservation vial. Select an exhibit, choose one of its four physical laws, and extract that law. The source immediately receives a neutral replacement. Implant the captured law into a second exhibit and the law displaced from that recipient returns to the vial. This makes every transfer a real trade rather than a free upgrade. A useful solution must account for both what an exhibit gains and what another object loses.
Each gallery combines movable exhibits, architectural barriers, a weight-sensitive plinth, a guarded acquisition target, structural stability, and a sweeping security camera. Move with WASD or the arrow keys, hold Shift to hurry, and use the on-screen controls or Q/E/F shortcuts to extract, implant, and interact. Reach the target, take it, and return to reception without filling the suspicion meter or destabilizing the room.
The first release contains three rotating catalogue scenarios with distinct target laws and scoring. Best scores and unlocked galleries are saved locally in the extension's own storage area through standard localStorage. The game is fully self-contained: no account, server, advertisements, analytics, purchases, remote code, or network connection is used.
