Postory turns what you view into a private, searchable archive that stays on your device.

On X, the public posts that enter your viewport are recorded as you scroll. Open a ChatGPT conversation and Postory archives a local snapshot of it. Then find anything again through the Browsing History entry inside X, the platform switch in the archive, or the extension's fallback page.

Postory stores history locally. It does not capture direct messages, passwords, or authentication cookies, and it never uploads archived content. A three-day trial begins at the first successful capture. Trial expiry stops new capture but never blocks viewing, deletion, or export of existing local data. Subscriptions are managed on https://postory.cc through Stripe; the extension only reads your Postory account's subscription state from api.postory.cc.
