END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("User") and Ilmware Labs™ LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Company"), governing the use of the Qorpus™ browser extension ("Software") which is a product of Ilmware Labs™ LLC.

By installing or using the Software, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Software.

1. License Grant
   Ilmware Labs™ LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software solely for personal purposes, subject to this Agreement. The Software is licensed, not sold.
2. Restrictions
   You may not:

(a) copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or sublicense the Software;
(b) reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to derive source code;
(c) bypass or interfere with payment or subscription requirements;
(d) use the Software for unlawful purposes or in violation of this Agreement.
3. Ownership
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software remain with Ilmware Labs™ LLC. No ownership rights are transferred to the User.

1. Payment
   Use of the Software may require purchase of a subscription or license. Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension or termination of your access.
2. Termination
   Ilmware Labs™ LLC may suspend or terminate this Agreement and your license to use the Software at any time if you breach its terms. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Software.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
   The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
4. Limitation of Liability
   To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ilmware Labs™ LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages. In no event shall liability exceed the amount you paid in the six (6) months preceding the claim.
5. Governing Law
   This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wyoming.
