Quick Reply — Twilio Flex does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. All data created or used by this extension stays on your device, inside your browser's local storage.

What data the extension stores, and where

The extension stores the following locally, using the browser's built-in storage API:

Agent profile names you create
Reply templates (default and custom) associated with each profile
Keyboard shortcut assignments
Extension settings (e.g. backtick-leader on/off)

This data never leaves your device. It is not sent to any server, third party, or the extension developer. There is no backend, no analytics, and no external API calls of any kind.

Clipboard access

The extension requests clipboard write permission solely as a fallback: if a reply can't be inserted directly into the Twilio Flex text box, the reply text is copied to your clipboard so you can paste it manually. No clipboard content is read, stored, or transmitted by the extension.

Where the extension runs

The extension is only active on flex.twilio.com. It reads the visible customer chat message on that page locally, in your browser, to suggest a relevant reply. This message content is processed in memory for the classification step and is not stored, logged, or sent anywhere.

Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share any data, because we do not collect any. There are no third-party integrations, tracking pixels, or analytics libraries in this extension.

Data retention and deletion

Since all data is stored locally, you control it entirely. Uninstalling the extension, or clearing your browser's extension storage for it, permanently deletes all profiles, replies, and settings. Nothing persists elsewhere.

Children's privacy

This extension is a workplace productivity tool for live-chat agents and is not directed at children. It does not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, an updated version will be published with the extension listing, with a revised "Last updated" date.
