Reviews for Qwant - Search engine & tracker blocker
Qwant - Search engine & tracker blocker by Qwant
Review by Firefox user 16986333
Rated 3 out of 5
by Firefox user 16986333, 4 years agoWhile I do support Qwant as an independent and privacy oriented search engine, I did not ask for extra blocking features and cookie consent handling ("VIPrivacy") when I originally installed this extension - only to set Qwant as default search engine. Please do not unexpectedly add completely irrelevant features to an existing extension, keep it simple.

posted 4 years agoThank you for your feedback and for supporting Qwant!
Our new browser extension allows you to block trackers and also have Qwant as default search engine. If you prefer to keep only the search engine feature, you can simply ignore the page.
We have transmitted your feedback to our teams and we will keep it in mind for our next versions.

Les autres anti-pub réagissent correctement et ne bloquent que les pubs pas les images des articles. Obligé de désactiver le module alors que j'aurais souhaiter garder ce moteur de recherche par défaut. - Rated 5 out of 5by Jean-Pierre, a year ago

- Rated 2 out of 5by naitsirch, a year agoThis add-on blocks google tag manager and a script from googleoptimize.com. This breaks pages that rely on scripts that are loaded by gtm.
This blocking feature should be made optional! Currently I have to disable the add-on to use a contact form on a website. - Rated 5 out of 5by Firefox user 14032377, a year ago
