Why this one

Most browser radio extensions ask for broad permissions, send your usage to their own servers, or stop playing the moment you close the popup. Radio Widget does none of those things.

Privacy

We run no server of our own. Your search text and filters go to the Radio Browser directory, and when a station from the directory starts playing, by you or by the wake-up alarm, its station ID is reported to Radio Browser for its popularity ranking; stations you added yourself are never reported. Premium purchases are processed by Gumroad, our payment processor and license vendor, and the extension never sees your payment details. It sends your license key to Gumroad when you activate Premium and again from time to time when you open the side panel. No accounts, no ads, and the extension sets no cookies.
