What data we collect
PageMind AI reads the text content of web pages you actively choose to scan. This is necessary to detect questions and provide answers. No browsing history, URLs, or page content is stored, logged, or transmitted anywhere except directly to the Anthropic Claude API to generate your answer.
Your API key
Your Anthropic API key is stored locally in your browser using Firefox's built-in storage. It never passes through any server we control — it goes only from your browser to Anthropic's API directly.
What we share
The only data sent externally is the question text and a snippet of page context, sent to Anthropic's API (api.anthropic.com) to generate answers. This transmission is governed by Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
We do not sell, share, or store any of your data. We have no servers, no accounts, and no analytics.
What we don't collect
We do not collect your name, email, location, browsing history, cookies, or any personally identifying information.

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted with a new date above.
