Your privacy is our priority. ReplyDrafter’s browser extension is designed to minimize data collection and only processes what is necessary to generate AI-powered email replies.

1. Information We Collect
   Account Info: Your email address and subscription plan for authorization and billing.
   Knowledge Base Data: Documents (PDFs, text) and URLs you explicitly upload to the dashboard.
   Transient Email Text: When you click the “AI Reply” button, the specific email content is sent to our server solely to generate a draft. This text is processed and discarded.
2. What We Do NOT Collect
   No passwords or OAuth tokens.
   No background inbox access.
   We only see emails you explicitly reply to via the extension.
3. How We Use Your Data
   Generate AI email drafts using your Knowledge Base.
   Enforce subscription plan limits.
   Improve AI response quality.
4. Data Security
   Documents are converted into vector embeddings and stored securely.
   All communication is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.
5. Browser Extension Handling
   Activates only when you click “AI Reply”.
   Does not persist email content.
   Local user identifiers are removed upon uninstallation.
