About this extension
YouTube does not provide a built-in way to reverse playlist order. Reverse YouTube Playlists adds a convenient reverse button to playlist pages and watch-page playlist panels on desktop Firefox and Firefox for Android.
Features:
Privacy:
The extension contains no analytics, advertising, telemetry, or tracking. It does not use a developer-operated server or send information to the developer.
When reverse playback is activated, the selected playlist identifier is sent directly to YouTube to retrieve the complete playlist order. These requests omit credentials and YouTube cookies. Reverse-playback state is stored only temporarily in Firefox session storage.
Mozilla classifies the playlist identifier sent directly to YouTube as browsing activity. It is not sent to or collected by the extension developer.
This extension is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube or Google.
Features:
- Start a playlist from its last video
- Automatically continue toward the first video
- Resume playback automatically after each reverse navigation
- Retrieve the complete playlist order, including playlists with more than 200 videos
- Reverse the player’s next and previous controls
- Support Shift+N and Shift+P keyboard shortcuts
- Respect YouTube’s playlist loop setting
- Support desktop YouTube and mobile YouTube (m.youtube.com)
- Automatically match your Firefox interface language, with support for 52 languages
